The ICF (International Coaching Federation) defines coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential”.

Besides this, a Life Coach is someone that looks to empower others by helping them to make, meet and exceed goals in both their personal and professional lives.

A life coach is someone who has been professionally trained to assist you in realising your full potential and achieving your goals. They’re a combination of a ‘supportive buddy’ and a trustworthy professional. They’re someone who will inspire you to set objectives, hold you responsible and hold you accountable on your path to becoming a better version of yourself.

Life coaches go through considerable training to learn how to ask the appropriate questions, communicate effectively, and get to the heart of their clients’ needs and objectives.
